We engineered the 99Walks mobile application, a virtual walking challenge designed specifically for women of all ages, utilizing native development with Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS. The application’s backend architecture serves as a successful showcase of a high-performance SaaS product built entirely on Firebase technologies. The Cloud Functions efficiently managed rapid scaling to over 10,000 users while maintaining powerful, reliable performance throughout the growth phase.
