Running around the clock, regulated inside the platform, and configured for what you run.

Booking, calls, files and payments on one record.

Surfaces

Three apps and a front door. One platform underneath.

One role-scoped app each, for the member, the practitioner and the partner.

  • Member

    Member apps

The person the service is for — your member, patient or customer

    iOS, Android and web

    • Browse the catalog and see what each practitioner is licensed to do
    • Book a slot, or take a same-day one
    • Join the secure call, message around it, and keep the files in one vault
    • Take priced stages on at one checkout, in full or one at a time
    • Buy what was recommended, and track the order
    • Keep the whole case history, exportable
  • Licensed practitioner

    Practitioner web app

The person who holds the licence and does the work

    Web, desktop, tablet and phone

    • Set availability and manage a caseload
    • Run sessions and hold the conversation and its files in one thread
    • Quote work as named stages with prices
    • Get paid before the work starts, then deliver into the record
    • Recommend products without earning anything on them
    • See their own verification status and when it renews
  • Partner

    Admin console

The organization running the service — the one that answers for it

    Web

    • Build the catalog: professions, services, stages and prices
    • Manage the licensed practitioner roster and its verification
    • Run the storefront, orders and fulfillment
    • See utilization, spend and throughput against budget
    • Report without reading into any individual case
    • Export everything, on request and at the end

Included

And the front door to it.

Everyone who does not have an account yet

Web, on your own domain

Included, not bolted on.

  • Explain the service, who it is for, and what it costs
  • A door each for members, for licensed practitioners who want to join, and for referrers — the agencies, employers and campuses that send you people
  • Hand a visitor into the app at the screen they were promised, not a sign-in wall
  • Carry your terms, privacy and scope of service as pages, not attachments
  • Publish the writing, signed by whoever is licensed to have written it
  • Say nothing about a visitor’s own situation — it sells the appointment, never the advice

How it works

01 · Catalog

Your licensed practitioners, virtually available in one catalog

Every practitioner you offer is listed by what they are actually licensed to do, checked against the register that licenses them and re-checked on a schedule. Members browse the catalog, see real availability, and book a slot or take a same-day one. Nobody whose standing has lapsed is bookable, because the listing is gone before a member ever sees it.

02 · Consult

Secure video, chat and a file vault with the practitioner

The session runs in the browser — no install, no meeting link forwarded to whoever ends up with it, no recording sitting in somebody’s personal drive. Messages and documents before and after the call land in the case’s own vault, versioned and permissioned, rather than scattering across four inboxes and a shared folder nobody audits. A year later the whole teleservice is still one thing.

03 · Case delivery

Staged work the member approves, delivered as a document or a product

Everything past the consultation is proposed as named stages with prices on them, and it is all bought through one checkout — the member signs the practitioner’s agreement there, and chooses then whether to settle the whole engagement up front or to take it a stage at a time. Either way the money arrives before the work does: a stage is paid when it is taken on, and nothing can be started until that payment has cleared. Nobody works unpaid, nobody invoices hopefully afterwards, and signing a stage off moves no money because it was already paid for. Each stage then ends in something the member can hold. Where that is service work it is signed off by the practitioner and dropped into the case vault, versioned and exportable long after the engagement closes. Where the answer is a product rather than a document, it is bought in the same place — recommended off the practitioner’s own shelf, ordered from the member’s file and tracked to their door.

In the platform

  • Verified catalog

Every practitioner listed by what their licence actually covers, checked against the register, delisted the moment standing drops.

  • Booking

Availability per licensed practitioner and service, same-day slots, reminders, rescheduling.

  • Video and chat

Encrypted calls in the browser and a thread that runs before and after them, all held against the case.

  • File vault

Documents in and out, versioned, permissioned per case, and never sitting in somebody’s personal drive.

  • Staged quotes and approvals

Named deliverables with prices, and an acceptance gate in front of each one.

  • Checkout and payments

One checkout, the agreement signed in it, and the case paid in full or a stage at a time — always before the work.

  • Evidenced record

Append-only: every message, file, delivery, state change and decision, in order and exportable.

  • Storefront and fulfillment

Catalog, options, orders and tracking, each order referenced and connected to the case that generated it.

What we will not claim

Our software reads your data while it is working — it is the thing putting a document on a screen. We never store it, never hold your keys, and never touch the log that records what we opened.

Reporting is yours too — on the shape of the work, never into a case.

Your appointment-based teleservice infrastructure, all in one place.
